There is nothing to be thankful for in this organization, they boost of a extremely toxic environment to work

Dislikes

...never given any reliving letter to anyone nor did they accepted any resignation. The employee had no choice but to leave the company after getting the salary on 8th of the month because 7th of the month was the day when your salary was credited so automatically you get your salary and leave the company. So technically they would keep your salary for 7 days so there was no culture of any clearance, no dues , getting the experience certificate or getting the relieving letter. Worst company to work for.

Tremendous learning opportunity.

Dislikes

...tion for 15 years. No employee benefits-no PF, gratuity, or healthcare benefits.They think merely giving you a high take home salary is an investment in the employee. For six months (Feb to Aug) which is their season for minting money, there will be no work-life balance. Horrible office with one loo for the entire staff. Not an encouraging atmosphere to work.
