The only thing i liked about working in wwf was that it was working for a good cause in india and it had a brand image being one of a leading NGO.

Dislikes

...s the first best performer during a championship conducted by them in Year 2020. Even after winning that championship i never saw any growth both i terms of salary or my position in wwf. Even the management system is very poor in ifr they dont know the value of an hardworking employee.

Very helpful and supportive colleagues. Understanding seniors who help improve your skills. Open to innovative ideas and rapidly adopt them. Maharashtra state office was my second home and still is... Also love the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

I was an amazing experience. The office culture was excilent CRM technology was new for me but the co-workers was very much supportive salary criteria was awesome insentive plans were there and i was living a very hapoy life.... unfortunately the company was shifted to another place that time...it was impossible for me to go there

I enjoyed working with WWF-India, Gujarat, Salary was less and rest of the things were good learning experience and exposure.

Dislikes

Only working for wildlife conservation there is no sympathy for human beings. When ever they need i have been employed but they do not realize that what a person will do when he will be relive at the age of 53 years from the organisation.

The work culture and the regular feedback and Co operation from manager. The job profile where you interact with the donors which help in building your confidence. The cause for which organization work the ground level work into forest area.
