The only thing i liked about working in wwf was that it was working for a good cause in india and it had a brand image being one of a leading NGO.

The IFR ( Fundraising) Department dont fares well with its employees.they will expect more from you and will support and provide you less. In Fundraising i worked with all energy and passion and was the first best performer during a championship conducted by them in Year 2020. Even after winni ng that championship i never saw any growth both i terms of salary or my position in wwf</mark>. Very helpful and supportive colleagues. Understanding seniors who help improve your skills. Open to innovative ideas and rapidly adopt them. Maharashtra state office was my second home and still is... Also love the employee re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

I enjoyed working with WWF-India, Gujarat, Salary was less and rest of the things were good learning experience and exposure.

Dislikes

Only working for wildlife conservation there is no sympathy for human beings. When ever they need i have been employed but they do not realize that what a person will do when he will be relive at the age of 53 years from the organisation.
