The staff is friendly because they all are equally and vulnerably exploited. team outing once a year is good but that is also funded by the employee himself through staff welfare deductions from the employee's salaries.

Dislikes

...company works on corrupt and unethical grounds by manipulating defense supplies. They don't have ample funds throughout the year even to pay salaries. They have not paid their staff since past 03 months. My F&F has not been done since last 4 months and they expect another 3 months time to clear my salaries and touring expenses. They tweak their policies as per the family's benefits even 2-3 times a month. As per the GM Hr; since last 14 years of operations they have never conducted F&F of any employee who left, they do find reasons for nonpayment.
