...s of other things.. overall company management policies are good for employees.. only in sales your salary is dependent on your performance becouse here incentive part is bigger then your salary part. So it's a good organization for learning sales and business strategies .

Not a right company to work and grow. No value for right candidate. It's a lala company . Company culture is also worst.

No job security. 50%of salary is variable so if targets are not achieved you have to survive with 50%of your income. If you are scratching your bosses buts and bools you will be happy.

Overall good organization. great growth over the period of time. Also good compensation and benefits scale.

Need to put more efforts , customer is not aware of brand , lack in advertising and branding.

My overall experience is excellent. Working with OEMs and after market also. Working environment is good. In short, I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global clients base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

It is a good organisation to work with. Teammates are very friendly and co-operative. Good growth opportunities are there and work culture is acceptable. Overall my working experience of almost 10 years was satisfactory.
