WSP just started business in UAE and had excellent pay structure, excellent pay revisions, excellent team which was Employee friendly. Employees had 360 degree freedom at work and exploring all options possible, best IT infrastructure and resources

Not much, work life balance was excellent, you could access your Manager for any issues which might come up and work peacefully

1. Bad work life balance 2. Toxic culture created by mid management (Managers, Leads, Associates) 3. Lot of unethical things are unnoticed even after escalation. 4. Kind of a ruling culture by authorities (mid senior level) not a collaborative and appreciative culture. 5. Senior leaders are focused on individual growths instead of team growth. 6. Deliberate micro management for creating unnecessary pressure on individual if a person doesn't butter the leads and at the end the honest and hardworking employee has to leave the organisation because of mental pressure. WSP as an organisation is good but few of the teams are very toxic because of some of the leaders. No Team bonding. No support from the higher management even after escalation of such things.

Good infrastructure, you can ask for a good salary, full of facilities, but of no use if you are in mental pressure

they have a hybrid work model but force them to come to the office without any reason, the appraisal is very bad, never support employees in work or training, Management support only their peoples so much of a partial environment, if you are eager to learn anything and want to improve your designing skill never go for WSP, Skill will be zero and there is only copy paste work in WSP India Office.
