...anager. know how to get work done but do not know how to serve their employees. I served in the same location for 5 years but neither my salary increased nor my position increased in 5 years. It feels sad when you don't get anything from the company after spending a long time.

Joining as a Management Trainee(MT) after Campus selection means going through rigorous training. The company ensures to give an on-job training followed by theoretical examples. Not been through any appraisal cycles yet. All inter-city and state office travels are reimbursed by the company. Not much of learning as you are posted in a remote branch & work independently. Work environment is friendly provided you are ready to work with blue-collared employees.

Salary is low compared to industry standards.

The company had flexible timing so people traveling from far didn’t face much issues

Dislikes

They hire on third party pay toll for finance and the company absorbs you after a very long time in fact some times they don’t in spite of you performing at most.

There's no job security and most people steal money from the atms at least 50k and others get blamed for it

Nothing is good, the only thing which is ok is salary credits on time but they don't pay proper over time but they will force you to work for xtra hours..

Work culture, management is worst, only those gets promotion who do sycophancy gets promotion and appraisal from senior management and also the promotion structure is very bad..
