the company believes in team work. Management is always keen to get suggestions from its team for the betterment of external client as well as internal client. which makes every single employee responsible for the growth of company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Several appreciations from my clients got unnoticed while mid term appraisals. I have only one promotion in 12 years. which force me to resign with heavy heart. Senior Managers are not able to cash in on my experience. Would definitely like to rejoin if my dislikes are taken in to notice.

Ops level, I feel there are no promotion for the workers who work here, pandemic work appreciation was not showed, inspite of working hard, from head office no proper involvement to solve the local issues

I got married there. I gave birth to both kids when I was working there. My boss Denzil jii and yazdi Desai ji. I respect them. I would like to work again for Writer Relocation if I am given an opportunity.
