Even though the company in paper is big,but it offers nothing to its employees,HR is the worst and there is no coordination between any of the departments.HR thinks they are the CEO.One of the worst companies to work.The facilities are unclean they have kept records of the customers in filthy way

Good work environment and culture teammate are supported and the management is transport. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst management system, in bangalore finace deportment is totally worst , every month salary not given properlly, HR is not asking employees problems. Every month collection guy will changed due to Srinivadan and Darshana torcher finace deportment. Company woner need to awere of this.

...king on holiday not paid fairly and also compoff also not provided for the same. Due to manual attendance there are manipulation in salary we won't get salary what we work OT hours not manipulated.

Dislikes

...any and much better than this company to join and save our life & career skills. There are Salary Increments & Position Increments in the company. I would not recommend this company to join to anyone in their whole life. So never join this company. Every month HR leave this company and new HR joins and then next month that new HR also leaves the company just because thereis no any work culture and employee satisfaction in this company.
