There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The main problem lies in getting salary of extra hours. Management is reluctant to pay full overtime payment. They give excuses such as company is new etc. Work culture is not so much good because supervisors are less expert in employee management and maintaining discipline on the floor.
