1. Poor in Human resource management 2. Not given hike to the lateral joined employees 3. It's fixed for them whom get the hike, those who worked with them since there last company. 4. No moral support from your incharge 5. Fake commitment from HR regarding salary negotiations 6. Toxic work culture 7. Buttering skill highly required for good increment and promotion

Big boss is good person .If you do your job nicely will get good promotion and good salary. Board meeting and Picnic

Leg pulling the person who is working good and complain to boss .Gaspoing each other and bying times with out working.

Teammates are co-operative & helpful , salary-average,salary/appraisal-average ,

The Workload is not properly distributed, those who work sincerely is overloaded for which they have to spend more time in office, no extra benefit is given to them, appraisal is not properly done for which they get demoralised. Growth for them is slow.

My opinion , I have worked in store.HO management is very poor of their work. They actually don't know how to work in systematic. No ISO standard maintain at site. Till now I don't know who is my reporting boss. Company is very good but Management is very poor.
