Not as anything but the salary structure is little low for the Internally grow employees.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable,high-quality products and has a global client base.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high

Its a growing company and becoming famous day by day. Staff and top management is friendly.

Careerwise not good opportunities are given to employees. Salary payment and appraisal is very late. Politics also prevails in the organization. Work and life balance is hard to maintain. Very less holidays are given like national holidays are also working day here.

...ronment is very good. One employee can learn many things from this organisation. Salary structure of this organisation is also very attractive. Individuals can grab a good package if they have potential. I found myself very happy joining this organisation.

...c towards ground level employees who are working at the store for 10-12+ hours . Sales incentive is the biggest scam , they will not give your bonus for more than 6months ,. Incentive and Travel reimbursement are just another scam in which you will be told to do the payment and you will get it in next month,trust me you won't be getting your expenses for 6-8 months, Store members are not getting even 3 leaves in month which is their right and promotion hahahha, what should I say you won't be getting promoted here and even if you get you won't be getting any hike. Doesn't matter you are in which department you will be told to sell momos Most of the national leaders don't have much experience they were just team members at one time and now they are ops leader so you won't be learning anything from them also
