Good City location area wise good but as a employee of wow hotel Indore i need to say management need to focus more training program to the new comer employee for further progress especially managerial level ..

No procedures, the management does not believe the ability of their employees instead they only impose their rules. Works under staff and does not hire staff as per need and requirement. And for all lacking in the department they only blame the managers and leaders. They do not want to hire good and quality staff, enough staff. No appraisal policy for employee benefits and increment instead only Head of the department gets the benefit for increments. Politics and favouritism.

It was a good experience for me that I have choosen as room service order taker.i love that I'm a part of a team that I feel proud.in hotel wow I have learn so many things that I required in future and last but not the least specially txs to our manager mr.manoj singh chouhan and soumen sir they both are doing good job in that hotel.
