No procedures, the management does not believe the ability of their employees instead they only impose their rules. Works under staff and does not hire staff as per need and requirement. And for all lacking in the department they only blame the managers and leaders. They do not want to hire good and quality staff, enough staff. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
