What is job security? If there is no job satisfaction what is the use. Company culture example 2% incentive promise if we achieve the sale target, but incentive receive only once in 4 or 5 months (if we achive the sale target every month). Many times system error the solution is we need to call IT team they also too busy to pick our call. HR says shortage members in their team, IT says shortage members in their team *now think what would be store level manpower.
