Company has a good HR policy . Salary is always on time. The HR department always has some entertainment or fun activity lined up to keep the employee morale high. The HR is very friendly and always ready to give a helping hand to the workers.

After management changed the job security and work complexity increased specially for package more than 10 Lakhs irrespectie of their experience

Wovvtech taught about languages, gave internal free trainings to employees with salary benefits, gave time to learn and then shifted to live projects. and in that training period they gave fixed salary as well.

...e management is amicable. They are easy to work with and definitely recommended. The salary is credited timely. There is no example of any sort of mis management yet. Very organized work schedules. You could balance your work life and personal life very well.
