It means no salary if you have no manhours to book. It's no suitable for long term employment, because the employee dont know when company will run out of work.............................This is the major issue...... No other major issues....

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.
