Culture wise it's good. Importance given to work life balance. Employees are encouraged to improve their skills as well as they can suggest improvements in work practices.

Dislikes

Job security is not at par. One may not be fired but pay cuts would be there whenever company will not have jobs.

Worley provides the better work life balance. AC bus facility provided by the company.

Dislikes

One has to book leave or leave without pay if he don't have work. Bench time booking were allowed for privileged people only.

...fe balance is good. Fixed hours. Transportation is provided. Good leaves policy. Maximum components of salary are in hand. Managers are supporting so are lead offices.

Dislikes

Culture has deteriorated during Covid 19 lockdown. Job security was compromised. No idle hours. Politics played major role in work allocation. Parental health insurance is not provided.

The medical insurance provided to employees and their family is good.

Dislikes

...management is racist where the color of skin is more important than work skills.Salary is worst among its peers (again color of skin comes into play here) in the location.Job security does not exist, the company hires and fires personnel at will.The only reason I am still with Worley Parsons is that due to the slow down in the Oil and Gas business there is no hiring and that working here is perhaps only slightly better than being unemployed.
