...king (That too it is between Sept 2020 to Dec2020. So cant say beyond Dec 2020). I have never seen an organization which is so irrational with salary cuts. If at all they were so client centric then why have different yardsticks for the same set of employees. We have people employed as contractors and are given full hours and payroll employees are being benched for no fault of theirs. Probably the move is deliberate in the sense, that employees would resign from the organization rather than being pushed out. The organization is nothing but a sham. Lot of words but no action.

...t the place you wish to be a part of. Its extremely bad in these Covid-19 times. People are being paid less salary (70% Salary cuts) for no fault of theirs. Favoritism takes precedence over everything else. I wish anyone joining this organization to doubly check whether they really would want to join this organization. Committed a huge mistake by joining this organization.

Work life balance, company culture, fixed timings, extra pay for overtime, bus facility across Mumbai and surrounding areas, lavish workspace, allowed to punch in between 7:30-9:30 am, Saturday- Sunday holiday.

Dislikes

Low annual increments, limited scope of work on projects, no negotiation scope, no site visits, no work from home, difficulty in changing work location.

Company culture is good and will get a chance to work on international projects.

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

...d employee has to justify to discipline manager for lack of project billability. In some cases employee is asked to take leave without pay.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.
