Dependency of Salary based on Manhours booked. If you dont have suffient manhours to book you need to take leaves. Once your leave exhaused Leave without Pay. It means no salary if you have no manhours to book. It's no suitable for long term employment, because the employee dont know when company will run out of work.............................This is the major issue...... No other major issues....

Here by booking hours only will get pay if no housers no pay it may cause sometimes to get employees suffer if they have continues commitments if it’s removed this is best organised compny

Company culture is good and will get a chance to work on international projects.

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

...d employee has to justify to discipline manager for lack of project billability. In some cases employee is asked to take leave without pay.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.
