Really a very good oppurtunity to work with this company. Compensation is decent but career growth will be slow. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds so we can learn many things in collaboration. I also like employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is sometimes very high , I have to work on weekends as well sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid- year appraisals.

Likes

Work life balance, company culture, fixed timings, extra pay for overtime, bus facility across Mumbai and surrounding areas, lavish workspace, allowed to punch in between 7:30-9:30 am, Saturday- Sunday holiday.

Dislikes

Low annual increments, limited scope of work on projects, no negotiation scope, no site visits, no work from home, difficulty in changing work location.

Likes

Company culture is good and will get a chance to work on international projects.

Dislikes

The main issue here in Worley is the Weekly Timesheet. Salary depends on this Timesheet. Timesheet is an additional burden for employees along with work pressure. For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

...d employee has to justify to discipline manager for lack of project billability. In some cases employee is asked to take leave without pay.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.
