For each and every work, management concerned about Timesheet. If the timesheet is less managenent will come up with questions which is sometimes too hectic for employees. Timesheet has to be little more liberal.

If you dont get booking hpurs you wont get salary for that day, so much of politics in company, groupism & apart from work you need to focus to show case your work. Daily different task. There is no continous involvement for long term project. No one cares to guide evwn if your siniors.you are judge based on not your quality of work but howmuch ot you did. Weekly basis payments. No work life balance. Monotonus checking methods.
