Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The Client base is good and there is lot of scope for learning and skill development.

1. There is communication gap between the partners and new joiners which is exploited by few project lead (the one with prior big 4 experience) who plays Chinese whispers, walk over others to prove their credibility and are immature and pathetic to work with. 2. Hectic schedule with biased flexibility. 3. Lack of transparent Communication.
