...i-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

...performers forced to be on PIP. This is client centric company but not employee. No perks, No benefits, PF gets deducted from our salary both ways, OT rate are too low too say, we will need to do OT, we will need to keep a record, we need to apply it manually, wait for approval then gets credited in next salary, there is no sick leave, you can take only leaves informing one month prior, I don't know about favourites how do they get in between. In short, you should already know that in next month on this date you fell ill and will be unable to reports. Transport is worst, first you will need to go in ambulance type bus from one gate to another gate, 30 minutes wait time after shift for drop. It should be arranged by TL or manager only, agent can't request drop, pick up is centralised, every thing is manual, old fashioned or old school you can find difference. Out dated softwares, no photos or video calls allowed in even in cafeteria or any of the premises.. canteen food is worst ever.. In short.. it depends on managers how do they treat or who they have made manager, like they are like they will treat.. I hope not every process is same in WNS as Centrica is

one thing I like about this company is taking undergraduates as employees. I think they considered a knowledge of the process not the graduation. And one more they give job security.
