One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

Likes

Work life balance is good, however it will also depends on client and project. Work from home was well managed. Hybrid model should be there by coming year. Company car policy is good. Job security is not bad at all unless you are not deployed in any project for 3-4 months.

Dislikes

... difficult to get an onshore opportunity. Appraisals are average 0-12 percent. Generally people get 50-70 percent bonus (variable). Strict bell curve fitting.

The company is good, HR policy is good, Carrier growth is slow, less salary compare to other companies, not good project to work on new technologies and they don't have to intend to do so.

if you buttering to your manager then you will grow, otherwise, it doesn't matter how good you are in your skills. if you butter your Manager then you will grow even you don't have any skills

Good Salary, medium work pressure, Job Security

Dislikes

Politics, Incompetent Management (They can suck your blood if you don't shout), do not expect any greetings on a festival not even a box of sweets, Lack of learning even you will forget your previous skills. They make people sloth and then kick out them with their politics.

"On the positive side, there's a strong emphasis on staying away from office politics, which creates a more pleasant work environment. The team is generally great to work with, and collaboration is usually smooth. Of course, like any workplace, there are small issues here and there, but nothing that’s out of the ordinary."

"One major downside is that the salary you are offered when you join is the salary you’ll be stuck with. Don't expect any meaningful raises or salary increases in the years to come. It's disappointing to see little to no effort in rewarding employee growth or performance with appropriate compensation."
