CTC with flat 20% Variable Pay( but they can fire anytime due to very less internal project. Good Brand in Market but Internal reality is different. They call IT/SOFTWARE Division as WNS Triange which contains only 100-200 people and 90% from Analytics background. For Software Development work can't recommend WNS Triange as once you out from project, you are out from company

1. Very Less/minimal Technical Opportunity in Software Development 2. Call Center Mentality (need to logout & login on Web Portal to keep 9hrs working) 3. They hire talent from Market on high salary to work on POC Projects which goes to 5-6month and later they FIRE as you will not have any opportunity and even very rare but if any then PM will not hire as your CTC is high. 4. HR is invisible and it's very tough to reach them for any support & HR behavior is so rude. 5. Once released from project need to BEG new project to TMG HR but they won't bother neither they help. 6. Even on National Holiday you need to justify otherwise WNS Attendance System says attendance are missing. 7. You can't trust anyone inside as majority time they will be lying including Director to get you onboard. Once work over they will completely unreachable. 8. Inside you can't get opportunity and better plan in advance otherwise you can get any time REDEPLOYMENT LETTER( Don't worry it's Official Notice Period Letter). 9. If outside Market is good you will get Job but on Less CTC otherwise you will be your own. Advice: We should not only think Twice but think Trice as WNS might screw your life too. It's like they will offer you high salary to make you join WNS but once work over they will fire without hesitation.

apart from salary hike, this company does not provide a cup to drink water and I seriously mean it. I have just passed 2 weeks in this company and I feel like I am working in some local domestic company, The time you entered into this company you will feel like company only focus on cost cutting, smelly washroom with no basic hygiene no toilet roll, no fragnance spray, there is tea/coffee machine but no cups, you have to bring your own from home same goes for drinking water, you have to pay for the meal and even after paying you get cold rice and chapati, there is no professionalism in the management, Manager shout their associates in very rudely manner and even gave threat of firing employees, and management team is worst in this company here is one example my shift over at 3:30 Am and according to company policy all cab should be start moving at 4:00 AM but guess what we did not get the cab details even after 4:10 Am which should be given prior 2 hours before from logout shift timing as per their transport policy, which cause huge delay while leaving from the company. Think I can reach my home under 30 minutes but the cab itself take approximate 1 hour to leave the company location and if you guys are thinking that above all experience is limited to my process then you are in a big blunder my friend. I have a lot to written but this place is not enough to write. So Join this company at your own risk.
