Very very less Salary increase and transportation services is wrost. Few manager's behaviour not in good way with the team. Politics happening in the company. Partiality & favourability plays main role.

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.
