Their software product is satisfactory and functional. The onboarding process for new employees is well-organized and it's good initially.

Dislikes

...training is provided to new employees after onboarding, leaving them unprepared. Unethical practices such as salary deductions based on performance without a proper PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). Also the salary date is variable. Lack of motivation and support from the management team. Employees often have to work on weekends, and there are no clear regulations regarding office timings. HR, specifically Sonali Rai, does not provide adequate support to employees. Their HR policies are almost unethical. I would not recommend to work here, as you will get nothing to learn from anyone.
