Office interior and my team mates. The manager and management are bad, just my team mates are nice.

Dislikes

No bonus, no hike even after working for more than a year. I think they don’t have any appraisal cycle itself. I designed so much for them. Vinod sir and GB sir just don’t understand the talent and hard work. Finally feeling good after resigning.

Not really but some what!!! Juz about salary and Sundays off.

There are lot many.... They keep on saying to maintain Workafella standard!!! But I couldn't find it with management... Where they don't even keep inventory for battery..lights... Remotes... 120+ company working with workafella.. every day you may need to face clients with same complaint for a month or more. If you try to make any changes and get improvement... You will be juz treated like you are against management... Simply waste of time. Every year 5-6 CSR will resign.. however they will only 2 team members and 1 manager. Clients will be always shocked by seeing 5,6 new faces as CSR in an year.

...h I could take legal action against them get down these illiterate management. We gave my current HR number, 3 month salary slip and others documents but they said not maching requireme

...t and achieve our Maintenance goals etc. To learn additional responsibility etc. All employees got their full salary during Covid situation, and no man power reduction also.

1.This is the worst company I've ever worked in my 8 years of experience. 2.A company with full of fake promises and with no security 3.A company with zero job security for a genuine working professional. 4. The management( both higher management and HR team) has zero ethics. There are so many flaws in this company if we started writing on this there is no end.
