...kill and how to operate and manage the retail department operations. In this Co. There is no salary issues... Company is Providing good accommodation, transportation, annual performance bonus.

Company is not giving food allowance they are giving 3 time mess food which is very bad

Poor supervison on retail fuel station staffs From management, so, the retail fuel station manager use this chance to be too lazy and supress their staff and squeeze out from staffs in unprofessional ways and senior staffs bossing around and do nothing than sitting and roaming here and there and if any chance to get free perks From bottem level staffs they are jump on that like wolves to full fill their needs From staffs (like free gifts ) finally good company with unprofessional station managers. Only suffer basic position staffs mostly.

Only one thing, you get your salary and other perks mostly at correct time.

Dislikes

Worst work culture which is completely spoiled by the Egyptian staff. They don't value the sincerely and hard working staff and they go to any limit in corruption. Cheating the management and blaming others, especially Indian and non Muslim staff. I highly recommend not to join the company.

I don't like anything about woqod .because they terminate me without reason and nobody support me in covid -19 .they terminate me with no reason I have small small kids .manager told me he give me new good job but nothing .

People of woqod company is very bad .they made big game to terminate me specially my supervisor and manager also site incharge .all are fixer .they terminate me and company deduct my all service .because of people plz don't go with this company .
