... proper leave will be given work load will be very high no work life balance. Salary hike will be given only if managers likes you or else the hike will be very less. Even on the office holiday we should work. No proper timings are followed.

Working From Home works pretty balanced by the firm any time, specifically CTO and CEO are reachable anytime along with Firm's Stake holders and Teams, guess it should not be a problem! anytime !

Dislikes

low compensation or high compensation depends on individual but PF's on company's contribution was debatable like "Is it from Employer's or Employee's Salary Structure", Otherwise nothing much to discuss

Beginner can learn more since SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT is a pool where to explore many new technologies its a good startup position to learn everyday

This was my own experiences felt in this organisation. not supported team..got worst experienced..I had choosen this offer blindly without survey anything about company before joining. because of this only I had faced lots of problems.
