Since we mostly work in remote, we have quality time with family and Work life balance is good. this helps us engage in UiPath community events and other technical meetings.

Last year there were internal hackathons this year there were no such events. we can give importance to conduct hackathons, and we can plan it such that we conduct it well ahead of UiPath hackathon events so that we will have a team created and be available with an idea if they need to participate in UiPath hackathons.
