Nothing, no one will if you are stuck in a project and there is no management. The job starts with 6 months which is scam you will get on 1.5-2 months of actual training after that they will make you work like a labour.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
