The work-life balance was not maintained. Infact many of the time we need to worf from 10:00AM TO 10:00 PM. There will be no any saturday off.

Nothing, no one will if you are stuck in a project and there is no management. The job starts with 6 months which is scam you will get on 1.5-2 months of actual training after that they will make you work like a labour.
