Wonder Cement is Best company in the country really good salary and many opportunities to show your skill

I just only dislike about Wonder cement management mainly in punjab management. Punjab state head Mr.Manpreet Saini is just ruining the Wonder Cement Name and Image in today time one other brand officer like to join Wonder cement only reason is Mr.Manpreet saini.he is talking like a uneducated person using abusive language in daily meetings no holiday even in Sunday even if you are in leave u have to join meeting and did unnecessary work just because of Manpreet saini in last 4 month 12-14 employee resignation from the job no peace in job once management have is check the groun level situation right now.i was joined in Wonder cement as a SSR and I was the best in 10 month top 3 employees and then promoted to sales officer and I made 5 dealers in 6 month but just because of Manpreet saini I resigned because has made me mentally sick .I love Wonder cement I still want to join Wonder cement but because of manpreet saini I can't.

Wrong commitment about incentive and extra bonus at the time of joining. Some Hectic and narrow minded managers will not give you freedom to work and always shows how bad you are and how good they are … HR only recruit and leave you alone

Actually plants have some regulations like dress codes which i not like because i m from land legal and acquisitions so for departments its ok but, for field or some surveys i object due to ROW issues orelse privacy which we don’t wat to disclose prior to be completed.

Wonder cement is good those people who have 6-7 years of experience.

...f people very terrible who doesn't know how to improve the knowledge of juniors. They doesn't give salary as per your skill. If any new people want to join there, please do not join. Your life become hell. Many of my friends resigned there because of the work life culture, specially in mechanical department.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
