This is a govt office under the Department of Women and Child development, Himachal Pradesh. In this office, i have learn better knowledge and experience about filing, dealing and reporting work.

I liked helping the suffering women and it was also nice to have their complaint resolved which gave me satisfaction for my job.

I don't really like atmosphere of the office. There was discrimination with the employees.

Due to incomplete report get back from the field level and staff involvement is getting so poor it manage the program well.
