Working environment is good. Community service. Research. Teaching learning. Exam. Evaluation systems are fine. Staff appraisal is not considered. No one is properly assessing the expatriates for career growth. Salary is not exactly or correctly fixed as per qualification. Experience and exposures.

location is very pleasurable and liberty in teaching is given to faculty members, students are humble, Loyal and motiveted .

Dislikes

noting is disliked ..avialble resources are optimally utilised. civil contracotrs for making roads in the campus has always damged and incomplete for years together.

Likes

everything is easy going.. all depending on students' wish.. most of the time in my tenure students not attended classes.. management failed to convince the students due to previling namtional problems

Dislikes

all actions are procedure based ..creating lot of papers for work done. there wont be ratification if something management wrongly executed. no knowledgeable people are in management.. just execute the work..

Likes

Students and Dept both are highly supportive and Ethiopian people have lot of respect on Indian teachers and their hospitality is really very nice. THE BEST THING IN ETHIOPIA IS PURE COFFEE.

Dislikes

For each and every thing only self initiation and prevention nature. Recovery is almost NULL or not possible.

The climatic condition is good. The work environment is also good. You have the academic freedom to do innovative things

Dislikes

The time taken for each decision is too long. The delay makes everything to go slow.
