Not comfortable for long run.... employees are not treated well.... And the lack of respect towards the employees and vulgarity from the higher officials makes you think whether it is a company or some market

Worst and fraud office ... Especially vizag branch... Doesn't pay the employees there properly... My full and final settlements is not yet completed... Especially HR OF LYTX Process .... I don't know if she is a HR.. she acts like a fraud too or may be she is

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

...romotions after 5 years. Don't expect any Annual appraisal they will give 1-2%. Plus 20% of your salary is variable pay. And they mostly freeze variable pay. They will never ever spend a single penny on your trainings.

Nothing to like about this organisation except payment and incentives also night shift allowances.

All the things which is needed to be a good organisation that is missing here Work life balance - NO Promotion- NO SAT/SUN working - YES PARTIALITY - YES Casteism - YES managers behaviour - Worst They are not discussing with people for sat sun working they directly update the roster and ask people to come otherwise same day resignation will be there NSA not approved in time so the pay cycle will impact for us they don’t have care.
