...ke as late. Only some employees get promoted which are very close to management. Salary not grow & no hike given to the employees between 5 years. Incentive criteria is also not good. Only they take work but not given that benefit to the employee. Night shift also gives to us but only $125 per night gives is not enough to 10 hrs night. More than 5 yrs I am not learn any skill in healthcare process which I give the best in another company. Yearly appraisal not enough compare to other company WNS not increase salary on few hundred Rs. they increase but as per inflation thousands of Rs. we want to increase but is not possible. In emergency as well as seek they dont give leave & deduct from incentive as well as salary. Job is not secure in this organisation. Any condition process is shut down the employees are loss their job.
