...i-gov job, no micromanagement which makes the professional life easy to go thru. Job security, I received 14 months free salary due to process rampdown. Also after I left the job, I got extra lunpsum payout for the remaining leaves in my kitty. People are also good behavior wise.

...ey are welcome here. Students can join along with there education is good thing. Job security almost there if you wish to stay there (comfortable with minimum salary ) Desert mein paani pilane wale ..... Company acchi hai, management accha nahi hai. Jab aap financial crisis ya mentally tut chuke ho....Dusre job se hairan/depress ho gaye ho.... to WNS job de deti hai....Acchi baat hai. Jab mere pass job nahi thi tab WNS ne job diya....Thanks to WNS.

...compain against managers HR's are there to save Managers. No one cares employee. Ok salary to spend day to day kharche.... but forget about your dreams. baki toh salary dete hi companiya.... aapse kaam toh nikal hi lete hi hai Appraisal/promotion ka issue hai..... Growth nahi hai.....

Employer part of pf also deducted from salary no explanation from hr, Night shift allowance is very less almost nothing, if you missed the floor entry time by 2min direct escalation from manager same for transportation if you miss the cab I need to give logical explanation why u miss it

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.

Dissatisfied salary for my entire 5years of experience in the same organization they are giving hike to the new people and for the old they are not considering at all and how can we be a loyal employee
