Basically on 1st everyone gets their salary, some people are helpful so that if make mistakes they can resolve it have to perform to survive and learn more

No job security no appraisal nothing such that can be better. Manager will never be supportive at all with no go with you if there is a meeting with GM the manager will simply disagree with all ur leaves things that been told As WFH started u cannot take a single day leave peacefully coz manager will call ask u to login even on ur week off they don’t care if someone take UL u have to suffer even if u say no than they start ignoring u and doesn’t help at any cost. Taking abt girls they say that they have some procedures to follow I have seen many girls harassed but at last nothing was done.

No pressure for work.Also there were day shift.....

Not to do increment well. Salary is not up to the mark_but overall satisfactory means you only get salary in which u can't do happily and also there were 1 to 5 levels of salary group higher(5) to lower(1) in same process-means 1 person did same work and got higher paid amount from other person.

Salary on time and one side cab drop

Dislikes

One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.
