I chose to work this company just because have a good opportunity ,it is a good company they are offering high wages in every employee,Being an employee more benefits you can acquired and that is a very helpful to support to our family. and then you can explore also your self to different kind of clients , costumer and co-workers.And most of the staff in here so very approachable or accommodating.And the place is quite and have a good cafeteria have also good ambiance to all employees.I know that I can change also my life style to work here.Its is a big infact for me that I am the one of the candidate to join in this prestigious company.To work in WNS I'm so very interesting,I learn a lot of informative knowledge from different host who conducts different orientation.Being a fresher employee I'm so very excited and challenging to wait the up coming training.

...now the strategy of this company I need to learn more and discover about WNS..The company salary is descent than others maybe.

Dissatisfied salary for my entire 5years of experience in the same organization they are giving hike to the new people and for the old they are not considering at all and how can we be a loyal employee

Nothing. Its the worst company ever to work with

...romotions after 5 years. Don't expect any Annual appraisal they will give 1-2%. Plus 20% of your salary is variable pay. And they mostly freeze variable pay. They will never ever spend a single penny on your trainings.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

False promises, wrong hiring, leadership not keeping their commitments and retaining stating that they will match salary and never matching it once you take back papers.
