Very low salary, rotational shifts, no career growth, remember its a BPO so you will get outsourced work only meaning monotonus & redundant work. Nothing to learn new or explore. You will find people who are doing the outsourced work for years and have become managers now behaving like a king but inhe ghantaa nahi aata kuuchh...

The only good thing about this organization is Hybrid Model

Appraisals and Bonus = The company is following this practice of delaying Bonus and increments in order to retain employees. Bonus is generally delayed by 1/2 months and Increment is delayed by 5-6 months (i.e almost 2 quarters) and no one is answerable for these delays.

I got pay on time,Senior staff is so much cooperating.No one is having the attitude of Senior.

Dislikes

We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

The process in which i work in is really advanced and the clients are great. Upper management knows how to appreciate an employee based on his/her performance.

Dislikes

Everything takes too much time. Appraisal is standard but the salary includes variable pay which only comes twice a year based on teams performance.

Likes

Good work Environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees
