Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.

Appraisal parameters are really low. Growth in terms salary hike and vertical growth in the organisation seems a task.

The only good part is the opportunity for direct interaction with the clients. It gives one immense exposure and learning and the opportunity to travel as well. Wns may provide opportunity for work life balance as well since most of the days you may not have work to do.

... a market rate initially but the yearly appraisal is meagre and non transparent. They do not reveal even at the latest moment and you may directly see increment (if at all) in your salary.
