We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

No job security no appraisal nothing such that can be better. Manager will never be supportive at all with no go with you if there is a meeting with GM the manager will simply disagree with all ur leaves things that been told As WFH started u cannot take a single day leave peacefully coz manager will call ask u to login even on ur week off they don’t care if someone take UL u have to suffer even if u say no than they start ignoring u and doesn’t help at any cost. Taking abt girls they say that they have some procedures to follow I have seen many girls harassed but at last nothing was done.

...t good for existing employees. Notice Period is 2 months which is very long. Variables pay is not good. They take it back if he employee is leaving the organization
