HR do not discuss the offer letter and salary, all they care about the joining. Do not expect any goodies from the company, the managers will deny for it on your face. WNS have worst transport facility with worst parking services and transport guys having no manners to talk to an employee. Smelly entrances. Being an international BPO water cooler run out of water at night. The system and the softwares are very outdated. No freedom to talk to our colleagues while working.

...ou hardly feel motivated. Growth and increment is very slow which is equal to 0. Even during the lockdown period they did not pay for electricity or net expenses we had to put it from our pocket and they expect 100% of work as if we are working from office. They will treat you like a machine and will make sure all your hardwork is unnoticed. During appraisal noting would be considered. Would never recommend WNS to anyone as they hardly value agents who have been working for good long years. They would prefer hiring new agents instead of retaining old agents. Even during lockdown period they hardly cared about the agents health or safety all they wanted was to open office at the earliest. Worst part is the HR, dont understand why he has been kept for the process as he himself does not know what his job is all about. If you ask for any help aur resolution, you will get an answer NO.

My immediate manager is very helpful and polite. The timings are rarely extended. Currently we are working from home and that is really helpful in the current environment.

...n't expect so much achievement and thus we can't dispurse it as it is too much". They also went back on their promise of ₹5000/month which was to be included in everyone's salary. But that never happened. The manager and higher management have promised an dhone back on this various times.

The company is great. The environment is friendly. The salary is also good. I only had issues with transport which is worst. No proper transport facilities. I had to wait for an hour after night shift for the transport. This is the only reason I left.

I disliked the transport services. No proper arrangement. The only reason I left the company. I was very irritated with the transport.

Salary comes in time, work culture is good.

Dislikes

Leave policy is very bad. There is no sick leave policy. Working hours are strict. Late logins are included in our incentive criteria which is unfair specially in the process I worked for. Sometimes double pay are not paid on time when we work on National holidays , we had to raise ticket for that.
