One of the worst companies I have ever worked in. There is no job security. They fire pp like hell. There are firings every week in our process. They don't train you properly & then expect great results without any support. Their HR is also not transparent. Would never suggest anyone to join this place.

No pressure for work.Also there were day shift.....

Not to do increment well. Salary is not up to the mark_but overall satisfactory means you only get salary in which u can't do happily and also there were 1 to 5 levels of salary group higher(5) to lower(1) in same process-means 1 person did same work and got higher paid amount from other person.

Nothing great they just want cost cutting on everything and not much options for staff swiggy being domestic call center has much better facilities then WNS being an international call centre

Actually i haven't got my full and final settlement since 4 if u can convey my message please do that.

No proper salary no proper incentive no proper response huge work pressure but no incentive but team leaders were really good

...rship skills and bond with colleagues.Would like to add that working hours is 7.5hours but in many process they ask for OT they do pay additional but it's very conservative

Work life balance need to encourage flexible working hours,provide resources for employee well being and recognise the importance of personal time also there are no sat-sun week offs no medi claim
