working at ola is just awesome I have never seen any organization which allows employees to act on their own but abiding by company guidelines. They give us freedom asks to use our strategies.

there is nothing specif to dislike but the way recruitment is done is seems shocking there are low pay to the employees who comes from the same educational backgrounds.

...ard from my few friends who still working there... there Job security is sick... But when I worked there all were good like management, process, shifts, salary package etc... But now it's not that much great to choose the job in this company... This is my major opinion....

Mainly management, HR panels,, managers and other top most people... No job security there in this company... They will fire in the name for company standards And ZTV or ZTP just like that as we all knew in covid-19 they fired thousands of employees...

... is great entupruner I have seen him working hard. One man army. Never give ups. Overall ola is good to work Salary is less according to market price On time salary gets credit. Good infrastructure, good location

No need of variable deduction As co. pays it off the whole deducted amount, when there is no concept of rating grade deduction of variable No on time appraisal No quterly outing No job security - one shd work hard day n night to come under managers notice for securing job No motivation No team building HR is of no use

Bad Work Culture, Work Management, No Job Security, No Appraisals, No on time Variable pay (atleast expect 7-8 month delay), Long notice period, No WFHs, Strict working hours ~ 45+ hrs

If your looking for money and work then it is a good firm . It has a very good payroll as compared to many big mnc and most of the component of your salary will inhand . The technology they are using are very advanced and you can explore many good tech and can lead it also at very early stage.

Dislikes

The work culture is very bad here . It is like a typicall startup where you have to available every time irrespective of the time day , they can call you any time and you have to be available. There is always a constant pressure to deliver everything overnight. There is no job security you can fired anytime
