Hated myself evwryday for deciding to join the organisation. Micro management to the extent where employees lose self-confidence. Internal politics is in a different level. Management is power hungry. Basic civility is missing. The list is long. Would not recommend anyone to join the organisation.

Growth Opportunities are immense if you fit well in your role. Always look out for opportunities and deliver what's not part of your jon description this will give you enough exposure and push to get into your next role.

Salary is below par, people be getting equal or more pay on level 0 in companies like wipro, wtw etc.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.they give good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Salary on time and one side cab drop

Dislikes

One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.

Every is excellent except salary increment and perks. You work everything outside your role also ib the same salary without and perks. At the time of increment you will be treated same as other and only 2, 3 % hike that also with Variable pay.
