I dont like anything here, It’s not more like a corporate company.Its like a school.The management doesn’t know how to speak and get work. They always shout at us even if you are a good performer.They are like they are serving their client at their best by treating their employees worst

Dislikes

No work life balance and no salary and promotions for 3 years. they would force us to work 12 hours and even on saturdays too without any compensation

They have got wonderful clients to work with learnt alot on client management

Management doesn't pay attention to the issues of employees despite employees wanted to discuss but still they take more than 2 months for discussion

Increment are low and there are delays in pay out. Growth is slow Completely client operated metrics Management needs more learning and skills as lower staff take advantage of manager not being learned.
